199 is my new number! Finally Onederland!
Since learning the meaning of TOXIC HUNGER I am having a better time at stopping to check my hunger before I eat.
Most of the time is toxic hunger and when I do have real hunger I eat a salad or a smoothie or a big plate of veggies. Water has become my best friend.
My skin looks great, my finger nails are growing strong no more feeling lethargic. If I eat anything with preservatives I get a headache and feel like going to sleep.
